Ross Auction - Colorado Springs

Once a month Ross Auction hosts special auctions!


Updated May 23rd, 2020-- We are back at the auction house working on a limited basis.  We are still closed to the public until further notice.  We will resume having a live audience in our building once we can say it will be safe for everyone.  We have a large building which will require extensive time and labor to clean and make safe.  We will stay closed to the public until we are able to accommodate a large crowd and meet cleaning requirements.  At this time, we do not know when that will happen.  We love our customers and we miss having you here!  Check here for more updates as things progress.

If you have recently purchased items, please keep an eye out for email instructions on shipping and/or pick up appointments. We will be communicating via email for most inquiries as this is the fastest way to take care of all our customers.

We will resume accepting consignments on SELECT Tuesdays and Wednesdays by Appointment ONLY.  Drop off appointments will be with our owner and auctioneer, Thomas.  Our next drop off days will be June 9th and June 10th.

We are still closed to the public so please email your questions as we are only allowing employees in the building. Thank you for all your patience and support! We couldn't get through this without you!




Are we still having auctions?

YES! We are running all current auctions through the ProxiBid website.  Proxibid is an online bidding format that will allow you to browse and bid through all of our current and future auctions.  We will be posting upcoming auctions as they are completed.  You will find all uploaded auctions through the link on our main page.  Click on the link below to browse and bid those auctions.

What if I'm the winning bidder?

We will contact you via email to complete payment.  We do not use the payment services provided by ProxiBid.  They will require you to list a credit card in order to bid.  This is partly how they verify you are a legitimate person able to bid through their website.  Click on the link in the email we send you.  This will take you to your CurrencyPay invoice.  CurrencyPay is a secured online payment processing center.  Complete your payment.

How will shipping be completed?

We use a local shipping office, Postal Annex.  Your invoice must be paid in full before we take your items to the shipper.  A representative from Postal Annex will contact you to complete payment and to choose which option fits you best.  Postal Annex is able to ship through the United States Postal Service, UPS, and FedEx.  

What if I'm local and want to pick up my items?

We will contact paid invoices to arrange scheduled pick up times.  Check your email for instructions from  We will have several auction customers needing to pickup items so it will be critical that you stick to your scheduled pick up time. Pick up times will be available only on specific days.



Special antique auctions are held monthly. Most of these auctions offer online bidding and catalogs. Items will be listed here a few weeks in advance. Also every January 1st Ross Auction hosts its Annual New Year’s Day Auction! Check our website often for upcoming antique auctions!
