Uhaul Storage Liquidations

Ross Auction is now the official liquidator of U-haul Storage Auctions in Southern Colorado!

We Host Uhaul Storage Auctions Every Quarter

Uhaul Storage Auctions Rules & Regulations:

Payment is CASH (NO FEE) & CREDIT CARD (10% FEE)
Registration for bidding will start 30 minutes prior to auction
Preview will be from OUTSIDE the unit. You will not be able to step inside the storage unit
Business Bidders: You must have a paper copy of your Tax License present at time of registration

Winning Bidders

$100 cash deposit will be required for the Keys & Lock to the unit for each location. (Deposit will be returned after unit is emptied and keys & lock are returned)
Uhaul provided lock must remain on unit. Personal locks will be cut off
Unit must be emptied within 24hrs. If you win multiple units, you will be given 24hrs per unit (up to a max of 72hrs) to empty unit and return keys/lock
